Biography

Jennifer Kellogg joined the General Counsel’s office in May 2019, bringing more than 25 years of experience in commercial and employment litigation. In June 2023, Jennifer transitioned to Director of Litigation for the University, with oversight of litigation and pre-litigation matters across campuses. Prior to joining the University of Kansas, Jennifer spent most of her career as a litigation paralegal with the Kansas City offices of international firms Bryan Cave LLP and Littler Mendelson P.C., assisting counsel in the representation of business clients in all stages of litigation proceedings before Kansas and Missouri state and federal courts, administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals. She has given orientation and continuing legal education presentations to attorneys and paralegals on the topics of discovery and removal of state court actions to federal court.  After spending a few undergraduate years as a Jayhawk, Jennifer earned her AA paralegal degree from Washburn University (1992).
